A considered approach to your property.
We look at the job in its context: access, existing pipework and the condition of surrounding surfaces all affect the approach. Where a job needs a specialist — such as gas or heating work, which we do not carry out — we will say so plainly rather than take it on.

Describe where the problem is and, if you can, send photos of the fitting and any surrounding damage. Let us know whether the water is currently isolated so we can judge how urgent the job is.
